Surgical guide design service
Surgical guide design
for implantologists.
Send the CBCT and intraoral scans. Our planning team designs the implant plan and the guide, an expert implantologist validates it, and you approve it before anything gets printed.

Guide types
Three supports. Two protocols.
Choose the support that suits the case, and we design the guide to your protocol.
Tooth-supported
Seats on the remaining teeth. For partially edentulous cases with enough stable teeth to hold the guide in place.
Mucosa-supported
Rests on the soft tissue when there aren't enough teeth to seat it, usually stabilized with fixation pins.
Bone-supported
Sits directly on the bone after a full-thickness flap is raised, when the soft tissue can't give a stable, reproducible seat.
Choose the protocol
- Fully guided
- The whole drilling sequence and the implant go through the guide, using the system's guided kit and the matching sleeve.
- Pilot
- The guide controls the first drill. You finish the osteotomy freehand, the way you're used to.
Implant systems
Designed for 20+ implant systems.
We plan with the brands and lines in our case library and indicate the matching kit and sleeve for your protocol.

What you send. What comes back.
You send
- A CBCT in DICOM format (a dual-scan with a radiographic guide for edentulous areas)
- Intraoral scans in STL, OBJ or PLY
- Photos and a short note on your plan, if you have them
You get
- An implant plan validated by an expert implantologist
- A print-ready surgical guide STL
- The matching kit and sleeve indication
- A provisional design, if you request one
How it works
From upload to guide in four steps.
Every step shows up in the platform, so you always know where the case stands.
Upload the case
Create a case and attach the CBCT, scans and notes. Your assistants can do this part for you.
We plan and design
Our team aligns the scans, places the implants and designs the guide. An expert implantologist validates the plan.
You review and approve
The plan comes back to you for approval. Questions go through the chat on the case, next to the files.
Print it, or we ship it
Print the guide in your lab or on your own printer, or we print it and ship it to you.
Turnaround depends on the case. We confirm the due date before we start, and you can follow it in the platform.
Why implantologists send us their guides.
You keep the clinical decisions. We take the hours of planning and design off your evenings.
An implantologist checks every plan
Our planning team designs the case and an expert implantologist validates it before it reaches you.
No planning software to buy
Licenses, updates and training are our job. You send files and get a guide back.
Works with any lab
You get an STL you can print anywhere: your lab, your in-house printer, or ours.
Live support on surgery day
Want a second set of eyes during the procedure? We can join you in real time.

Not ready to send a case? Start with a free segmentation.
Upload a CBCT and see every tooth segmented and FDI-numbered in 3D. When you're ready, turn it into an implant case in one click.
FAQ
Surgical guide questions, answered.
Which implant systems do you design guides for?
We design for 20+ implant brands and their main lines, and we indicate the matching guided kit and sleeve. If you use a system that isn't on our list, or want a protocol your system's kit doesn't support, tell us when you submit and we'll confirm before we start.
What's the difference between a fully guided and a pilot guide?
In a fully guided protocol, the whole drilling sequence and the implant placement go through the guide. A pilot guide controls only the first drill, and you finish the osteotomy freehand. Which protocol fits depends on the case and on the guided kit available for your system.
Which guide support should I choose?
Tooth-supported guides suit cases with enough stable teeth to seat the guide. Mucosa-supported guides rest on the soft tissue when there aren't enough teeth. Bone-supported guides sit on the bone after a full-thickness flap is raised. Tell us your preference when you submit, and we'll flag it if the scans suggest another option.
What files do I need to send?
A CBCT in DICOM format and intraoral scans in STL, OBJ or PLY. For mucosa-supported cases without enough teeth to align the scans, add a dual-scan with a radiographic guide. Photos and a short note about your plan help us match your preferences.
Who designs and validates the plan?
Our planning team designs the implant plan and the guide, and an expert implantologist validates every case before delivery.
Do I approve the plan before delivery?
Yes. Every plan comes back to you for review and approval before we deliver the guide file. You keep full clinical control.
Can you print and ship the guide?
Yes, if you want us to. We deliver a print-ready STL for your lab or in-house printer, or we print the guide and ship it to you.
How long does a guide case take?
It depends on the complexity of the case. We confirm the due date before we start, and you can follow the case in the platform at any time.
