What does the free segmentation include?
Upload a CBCT as a DICOM .zip and our AI segments each tooth and labels it with FDI numbering. You get an interactive 3D model with an odontogram in your browser, usually in about 15 minutes. It is a visualization aid, not for diagnostic use.
Is it really free?
Yes. Create a free account, upload your CBCT and get the 3D model — no credit card. You only pay when you order a planning or surgical guide case.
What files do you need for a surgical guide case?
A CBCT (DICOM) and intraoral scans in STL, OBJ or PLY. Photos and a short note about your plan help us match your preferences.
Who designs and validates my plan?
Our planning team designs it and an expert implantologist validates every case before delivery. You review and approve the plan — you keep full clinical control.
Do I have to print the guide myself?
Your choice. We deliver a print-ready guide file for your lab or in-house printer, or we print and ship it to you.
How long does a guide case take?
It depends on the complexity of the case. We confirm the due date before we start, and you can follow it in the platform at any time.
How is patient data protected?
Files are stored in private cloud storage and shared only through expiring signed links. Only your team and GEM staff working on your case can access them.
Can my assistants use the account?
Yes. Invite team members so they can upload scans and follow cases for your practice.
Do you work in Spanish and Portuguese?
Yes. The platform, emails and support are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
